Working with your insurer to provide you with face to face or online support. There are often various levels of cover, depending on the policy you have.
Vitality offer:
Our mental health support spans preventative measures and early intervention treatment, to optional comprehensive treatment for more serious conditions.
There are two ways we can help:
- Core Cover – our standard health insurance cover includes access to preventative measures and early intervention such as CBT and counselling within VitalityHealth's Talking Therapies network.
- Mental Health Cover – our optional cover includes unlimited in-network Talking Therapies, plus further cover for out-patient, in-patient and day-patient treatment.

AXA PPP
The right support for you
AXA, like other insurers offer a range of cover levels but like most also have a core cover such as:
- Counselling sessions: face-to-face or remote counselling through their range of providers.
Aviva also offer a full range of mental health services and as a recognised provider we can take referrals through them both online and in person.

WPA Western Provident Association Insurance
Working with WPA we offer a number of different types of support including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A practical therapy system based on understanding the relationship between thoughts, feelings, behaviours and physical sensations.
Humanistic Therapies
Therapy with a focus on self-development and growth, looking mainly towards self-exploration.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
A relationship-focused therapy that helps people with relationship difficulties or poor interpersonal skills, which may be contributing to negative wellbeing or depression.
Other Insurers not listed
If you are unsure if we work with your insurer you can either contact them directly and asked if we are a recognised provider or contact us for further support and guidance. We may not be listed but this is not always a difficult process as we work with the UKs largest health providers already and could be able to support you.
